To better serve our customers, this Return Process is intended to accelerate delivery of replacement product(s) to ensure users are back into working equipment as quickly as possible.

No Hassle Returns

To submit a return request or warranty request, please call 1-866-532-9005, email returns@impactcomms.com or www.impactcomms.com/contact_us with the following information:

1. IMPACTTM item number and quantity
2. Batch code*
3. Description of product issue

* Impact batch codes are located on the physical item and start with the letter S, followed by 4 digits, ie: S2999

Finding the Batch Code:

  • Speaker mics – located on back of the mic head, under the clip
  • Surveillance kits – located on the back of the PTT button
  • Dual muff headsets – located on the ear cup
  • Ear accessories – located on the cable
  • Adapters – located on the side or bottom of the adapter

Our Warranties

IMPACTTM provides a:

  • 3-year warranty on Platinum product
  • 2-year warranty on Gold product
  • 1-year warranty on Silver product
  • 2-year warranty on chargers (except AC/DC-6 LC which has a 1-year warranty)

Warranty coverage for defective product is limited to manufacturer defects.
